We split-the-difference between 1-on-1 personal training & larger group fitness classes, creating small training groups of up to 4 people at a time led by an expert coach. This allows us to provide as much necessary attention as personal training while making it more fun and affordable.BETTER PERSONAL TRAINING
We train in groups of up to four people at a time and every group has its own dedicated coach. All fitness levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to join. We provide the equipment, the programming, the coaching and everything else you need to succeed. All you have to do is show up and we'll take care of the rest. As part of our incredible community, we'll show you how to get results.Memberships are available to secure now so please get in touch to discuss our membership options. All of our monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 28 days notice. No joining fees, no contract.

BOOTCAMP
This full body workout focuses on functional movements such as squats, push, pulls and other movements that support your everyday life! You will sweat!You work in pairs moving between different stations. Everyone is always smiling, it’s fun! Bootcamp is suitable for all levels of fitness as each exercise can be adapted.Every Saturday morning 8.30-9.30am at Denver Playing Field. Please get in touch to book a BOOTCAMP session. These sessions are £10 pay as you go.

We are open 5 days per week (closed Thursdays). On weekdays we offer sessions from 7:00AM through 8PM. On Saturdays we offer sessions from 8:00AM through 12.00PM.
Our studio is located at Downham Fitness, 35-37 Bridge St, Downham Market PE38 9DW.
